INCLINE

INCLINE is a sculptural sofa designed around the idea of balance, movement, and visual tension. Its distinctive silhouette is defined by an expressive inclined geometry that transforms a functional piece of furniture into an architectural object.

The design combines strong geometric lines with soft upholstered volumes, creating a contrast between structure and comfort. Rather than relying on decorative elements, INCLINE builds its identity through proportion, rhythm, and form. The composition changes visually depending on the viewing angle, giving the sofa a dynamic presence within an interior.

Created for contemporary residential and hospitality spaces, INCLINE is intended to function both as comfortable seating and as a focal point capable of shaping the character of a room. Its restrained aesthetic allows it to integrate into sophisticated interiors while maintaining a recognizable identity of its own.

The project reflects Alena Bulataya Design Buro’s approach to furniture design: combining architectural thinking, functionality, and sculptural expression to create objects that remain visually distinctive without sacrificing everyday usability.
