Breaking the 60° lift limit of traditional modular helmets, the design centers around a 180° flip-back double-hinge structure, completely redefining the transition between full-face and open-face (3/4) modes. Powered by this structure, a simple “flip and lock” motion rotates the chin bar 180°, securing it firmly into a dedicated recess at the upper rear of the shell. This rear-stowing design ensures the helmet’s center of gravity remains precisely positioned over the rider’s neck, eliminating the strain caused by the front-heavy imbalance of conventional modular helmets. Enabled by this quick-switch mechanism, the helmet effortlessly adapts to diverse riding scenarios. In full-face mode, it provides comprehensive coverage for the chin, cheeks, and the back of the head. When switched to the 3/4 open-face form, it enhances ventilation and expands the field of view while retaining core protection for the sides and rear, making the helmet suitable for urban commuting and long-distance touring. Furthermore, the product features a 29% increase in puncture resistance and a 30% increase in impact resistance, ensuring a safer ride.
The interior utilizes a zoned multi-density EPS foam liner, precisely matching foam densities to the specific impact profiles of different areas of the head. Dedicated eyewear slots are integrated into the inner padding, allowing riders with glasses to wear and remove the helmet with ease. The visor system includes an external reinforced photochromic shield and an internal REVO-electroplated visor; both are scratch- and wear-resistant, effortlessly mitigating glare. A dual air-channel system creates dynamic cross-ventilation between inlets and outlets, rapidly dissipating heat and moisture to eliminate stuffiness. The 3-in-1 antibacterial liner, featuring high-resilience foam and quick-drying fabrics, keeps the interior dry and comfortable.
Embracing a modern sporty aesthetic, the exterior design features a balanced, streamlined shell silhouette and a six-layer painting process. Accented with understated yet premium geometric color-blocking graphics and metallic foil stamping details, it creates a minimalist yet dynamic visual depth.
