XOX Chair

The design concept of this chair aims to break away from the traditional form of chairs and create a unique and artistic piece of furniture. The concept combines elements of nature and modernity to create a warm and contemporary furniture piece. It is named the XOX Chair because of its X-shaped wooden intersecting parts and O-shaped seat.

The chair features a soft and gentle circular contour that embraces the body, creating a sense of comfort. This design inspiration is derived from the soft curves found in nature, such as flowing crystal-clear rivers and the bending branches of trees. By adopting this embracing design, the aim is to achieve harmony with nature and evoke feelings of warmth and relaxation. The design incorporates PET transparent material, which can be recycled from plastic bottles. This material is transparent yet sturdy, and when combined with the cushioned seat, it provides a comfortable sitting experience. The transparent body of the chair does not obstruct the line of sight, creating a sense of spaciousness and openness.

The wooden parts of the chair are made from natural wood, emphasizing sustainability. The texture and color of the wood add warmth and a sense of familiarity to the overall design. The wood's grain and the clarity of the PET transparent material complement each other, creating a perfect balance between nature and modernity.
