This artificial board decorative paper draws inspiration from silk and employs customised design and formaldehyde purification process to provide users with an aesthetically pleasing and functional product. Surface decorative processes, such as embossing and printing, bestow the decorative paper with a simulated satin texture, revealing natural imprints that use light and shadow lines to create a sense of mystery and an imaginative space. Customised designs cater to the diverse needs of consumers, conveying their personalities and emotions and blending rich decorative effects into the space.
Moreover, the design team has incorporated negative oxygen ion agents—with tourmaline as the main ingredient—and a nano formaldehyde purification factor. These measures effectively decompose formaldehyde in the air or react with it to generate non-toxic substances, thereby purifying formaldehyde and settling other exhaust gases for users' health. This overcomes the technical challenge of using a formaldehyde-free/ultra-low formaldehyde-impregnating adhesive, significantly improving the surface properties of the impregnated paper.
Notably, the product uses bagasse as raw material, reducing dependence on traditional wood and converting agricultural waste into valuable products to maximise resource utilisation. Using raw materials, such as vegetable ink and soybean glue, during production eliminates pollution, and the leftover material and wastes can be naturally degraded, reducing the burden on the environment.
