Silk-filled quilts fail to provide sufficient warmth, while sensitive users may experience allergies to pure down-filled ones. To settle that, this product, drawing inspiration from the Chinese traditional philosophy of “He He” that conveys an idea of harmony and fusion, ingeniously combines silk and down, creating a warm and comfortable environment to ensure a peaceful sleep for users.
The quilt, composed of two layers respectively filled with the two materials, features well-calculated filling amount, and employs a special layering technique for tight adhesion of each part, which fully embodies “He He” aesthetics and greatly enhances heat retention. The 4DBOX yurt pleating process maximizes the stretching of the down, thereby storing more static air to realize more even warmth keeping; this process can use single box pleat to create a three-dimensional structure resembling a yurt, achieving the same visual effect as double box pleat but with lower production time. Its head part adopts the integrated design to prevent support materials like stitches from annoying users, minimizing discomfort and avoiding neck wrinkles caused by long-time rubbing. Furthermore, innovative diagonal stitches that enables the quilt to perfectly fit the human body improve heat retention to the maximum extent.
This product also distinguishes itself with its excellent durability. The combination of silk and down can disperse pressure to prevent clumping or deformation over time, so as to reduce the replacement cost for users. Even if one of the materials wears out or ages, the other can still maintain certain functionality, significantly prolonging the quilt’s service life.
