The design of the front and rear enlarged support surface of the base and column further strengthens the stability of the machine tool, providing a robust foundation for precision machining. Notably, the product utilises a DD-supporting cradle rotary table and achieves the gearless rotary. This feature not only ensures exceptional motion precision but also enables high-speed displacement of 48M/min and acceleration of 0.6G, thereby expanding the machining range. The castings of the product undergo secondary tempering, which significantly improves the toughness of the castings and provides a fundamental guarantee for structural strength.
The machine is equipped with a five-axis fully closed-loop control system, which can monitor and adjust each axis's position, speed, and acceleration in real-time. This ensures repetitive positioning of the mechanical parts and machining accuracy of 5-15 um. Furthermore, the product integrates automation functions, which can automatically compensate for the errors caused by mechanical wear and temperature changes, ensuring high performance on production lines running 24/7.
