Scent is intangible and elusive, but WooSmell encapsulates it with the innovative design concept of "packaging aroma." This abstract element is cleverly enclosed in portable, lunch-bag-style packaging. As a fragrance brand focused on olfactory design, we delicately preserve aromas within these unique bags, presenting them as a distinctive gift for scent enthusiasts who cherish the art of fragrance.
In traditional packaging, the purpose is often fulfilled the moment the consumer opens it, after which it is discarded or left unused. To address this issue, we have redefined packaging as a fashionable accessory, imbuing it with functionality and practicality to seamlessly integrate into daily life. To achieve this, we chose environmentally sustainable, waterproof, and durable Tyvek material to craft a unique design. To ensure simplicity and aesthetic appeal, we retained only the essential branding on the packaging and incorporated additional information onto a detachable tag. This approach preserves the design's minimalist and refined look, aligning with modern tastes and usability.
In terms of product design, for the material that carries the scent, we selected natural cork. Made from compressed and pieced-together bark of the cork oak tree, it boasts a distinctive natural beauty and textured aesthetic. Cork's excellent absorbency and breathability make it an ideal medium for gently retaining and gradually releasing delightful fragrances.
Our design philosophy not only transforms traditional packaging into a visually appealing and practical daily fashion item but also reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability. By assigning new functional scenarios to our packaging, we reduce its environmental impact. Meanwhile, the lunch-bag-style design subtly resonates with our brand's concept of "packaging aroma," making each product a messenger of our brand ethos.
