Our project introduces the "High-Efficiency, Compact Ferrite Motor," specifically optimized for air conditioning fan systems. It overcomes traditional DC motor limitations in cost, efficiency, and noise reduction, providing a superior energy-efficient and quieter solution.
This motor integrates high-performance ferrite materials with innovative motor design, sensorless control technology, and biomimetic noise-reduction fan technology, significantly enhancing system efficiency and promoting green energy solutions.
Key Technological Innovations:
High-Efficiency Motor Topology Design: Utilizing oriented silicon steel with a separated stator yoke structure, improving magnetic flux utilization and increasing motor efficiency from 86.3% to 92.6%.
Sensorless Control Technology: Implementing variable-axis high-frequency current injection algorithms, ensuring stable and efficient operation without additional power losses.
Biomimetic Noise-Reduction Fan Technology: Inspired by owl wing structures, optimized fan blade design and orthogonal dynamic-static noise suppression reduce fan noise by 3dB(A), delivering a quieter airflow experience.
Compared to previous generations and competing products, this motor achieves:
