The core concept of the Tanqing exoskeleton is “Minimalist technology, reshaping strength”. It breaks through the shackles of the bulkiness and mechanical complexity of traditional passive exoskeleton and creates the first all-carbon fiber rescue exoskeleton system in the field. The Tanqing exoskeleton is specifically developed for extreme rescue and heavy-duty handing scenarios, by innovatively combining the characteristics of carbon fiber materials with a mechanical assistance system.
With minimalist technology as the product design concept, Tanqing reshapes strength through carbon fiber materials and mechanisms. The thickness of the carbon fiber tube wall is 0.8mm, and the overall weight of the whole body is 2.6kg, which is more than 35% lighter than traditional passive exoskeleton. In the handing mode, the lifting assistance efficiency is increased by 60%.
