The tables in this collection are inspired by the shape of the coffee bean, a symbol deeply rooted in Brazilian culture and present both in rural landscapes and urban relationships. This reference is expressed through the tabletops, split into two parts to create a subtle gap that suggests both connection and separation. This formal gesture introduces a visual tension that plays with complementary opposites like openness and closure, continuity and interruption, presence and void.
This bipartition also serves a compositional purpose. It allows the tables to be arranged in various ways, forming dynamic groupings that adapt to the scale and logic of the space in which they are placed. The same piece can stand alone or become part of a broader visual narrative, enabling the furniture to actively contribute to the spatial experience.
The base of the tables was designed with a focus on structural rationality and resource efficiency. Using only two components—2-inch carbon steel tubing and flat bar—an H-shaped structure was developed. These elements connect through the same tubing, resulting in a solid, efficient, and expressive solution that minimizes complexity without sacrificing aesthetic character. The tabletops are available in finishes that explore material contrasts. Textured wood and reflective glass offer options that oscillate between the warmth of organic matter and the sophistication of shine and transparency. The collection includes coffee tables, side tables, and occasional tables in multiple sizes and heights, allowing for flexible use across different environments. These tables propose a user experience that merges form, symbolism, and sociability. Much like the act of sharing a cup of coffee, they create moments of pause in daily life, opening space for encounters, rearrangements, and memories.
