Ekin Spotter

Ekin Spotter is an Artificial Intelligence powered smart city furniture that is designed to adapt to the needs of modern cities with its modular structure. It provides traffic analytics and management including automatic license plate recognition; red light, speed, and other traffic violations detection, surveillance, and environmental analysis such as measurement of air quality index, temperature, and humidity. Lighting, speaker, and WiFi hotspot modules are also available. With its compact design, the product aims to meet smart needs without exposing the city to a mass of the device. Modularity guarantees long-term use for the growing needs of a city. The main idea behind the product is to develop a modular system that can fulfill all those needs and eliminate multiple product use in a single location. The product has sixteen different modules such as post, surveillance, safe traffic, anti-tampering, U-turn, beacon light, hotspot, eco-city, lighting, dome, and speaker modules. These modules can be combined on the same base according to the needs of the location. It provides the multi high-speed processor with super high-speed storage of up to 100 TB in one Spotter! The product is designed to be easily installed and the modules are easily replaceable. Each module has an identical connection flange at each end in order to enable any combination of modules. Moreover, any module can be installed at the desired angle due to its cylindrical form. A standard clamp is used to cover connected flanges. Aluminum is used for all modules for durability, lightness, and passive cooling. Polycarbonate is used for some covers of the modules when aluminum intervenes transmission of internal components. Conventionally, a separate device needs to be installed for each function. Thanks to the innovative modular system of the product, several functions are met within a single footprint decreasing the use of energy and resources.
