The Tangzhuang Series includes eight-drawer and six-drawer chests, sideboards, TV cabinets, tall cabinets, and secretary desks. The series artfully fuses Chinese style with mid-century vintage style, drawing inspiration from the traditional pankou (frog button) found on Tang suits. By blending classic oriental charm with retro style, the brand introduces a distinctive furniture series with cultural depth.
The cabinet doors use a horizontal-and-vertical marquetry technique, with diamond-shaped geometric patterns arranged vertically, infusing the cabinet with a vintage style. The design enhances its visual appeal and reflects a refined and artistic taste.
This furniture series provides generous storage space, with shelves inside the cabinets that can be easily adjusted to fit items of different sizes, meeting diverse storage needs and scenarios. It features a matte finish that shows the natural grain of the wood and is crafted using a direct-to-substrate veneering process, with Grade-A Burmese teak for the mid-century toned panels. All veneers are AAA-grade, 0.5 mm thick, precision-joined with advanced machinery. The seams are carefully finished with sanding and brushing to bring out the natural wood grain, revealing the wood’s original beauty. Edged with 0.8 mm natural wood veneer using PUR glue, it ensures strong adhesion, water resistance, and moisture resistance. Top-grade, formaldehyde- and benzene-free Chinese Fushen water-based adhesive is used, achieving a D3-level water resistance, ensuring a healthy living environment for the home. The cabinet body uses concealed connectors and lamino joinery, with 45-degree mitered edges, for a clean, three-dimensional look. The series also employs the technique of edge-sealing before veneering, effectively preventing glue marks and enhancing overall quality. The surface is coated with high-end, scratch-resistant formaldehyde- and benzene-free water-based lacquer from Zhanchen, whose self-repairing and heat-resistant properties keep the cabinet looking as flawless and new as the day it was finished, ensuring long-lasting protection.
