JILV

The JILV series includes 8-drawer and 9-drawer cabinets, TV cabinets, and 5-drawer cabinets. It is designed to address the challenges of modern urban living—limited storage in compact apartments, difficulty in moving furniture, and the homogenization of furniture styles. Rooted in the idea that after going through the ebb and flow of life, home is where one finds inner peace, the JILV series translates the traveling routes into the linear language of furniture. Inspired by shoes, the designer uses geometric cutting to create black protrusions at the base of the cabinets, evoking the form of shoes.
Visually, the JILV series adopts a “minimalist yet refined” aesthetic. Warm teak brown is contrasted with matte black, creating a retro and understated mid-century modern atmosphere. Using premium Grade A Burmese teak, white oak, and natural burr wood veneer, it preserves the natural grains of the wood. The complete series is crafted using Italian technique of edge-sealing before veneering. The surface is finished with ENF-grade eco-friendly water-based coatings from Zhanchen, whose moisture- and wear-resistance and self-repairing properties keep the cabinets looking as flawless and new as the day they were finished.
The JILV series includes a complete range of cabinets for living rooms and bedrooms. The 8- and 9-drawer cabinets are designed for zoned storage: 8-drawer cabinet with shallow depth fits perfectly into narrow hallways, while the 1800 mm wide 9-drawer cabinet provides generous capacity for systematic organization. The mobile TV cabinet, measuring 2100 mm, accommodates large-screen TVs and provides a flexible area to display audiovisual equipment. The 5-drawer cabinet combines protruding handles and concealed beveled handles, balancing intuitive operation with refined minimalist aesthetics.
