Star Hammock

Star Hammock reimagines the traditional hammock as a hybrid seating and ambient lighting experience designed for both indoor and outdoor environments. Integrated LED lighting is seamlessly incorporated into the structural aluminum profile, providing adjustable illumination. Light intensity can be adjusted through a remote control or mobile app, allowing users to customize the ambient lighting to suit different environments and moments of use.

A rechargeable Li-ion battery enables portable illumination, while the internal profile geometry incorporates carefully spaced heat-dissipating fins designed to manage heat generated by the LED system. A clear diffuser distributes the light evenly, creating a soft ambient glow.

The lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum construction supports portability and outdoor use, while removable end caps provide access to internal components and rope connections. By integrating light, structure, and relaxation into a single object, Star Hammock transforms a familiar piece of furniture into an adaptable lighting experience.
