BLV-X is a monoblock forged aluminum wheel built around a multi-layered lattice spoke architecture. Five primary spokes bifurcate and interlock with secondary cross-members across staggered depth planes, creating an interconnected three-dimensional structure that shifts in appearance with every change in viewing angle and light direction.
The geometry is asymmetric in depth: primary spokes carry structural load outward to the barrel, while secondary members triangulate lateral forces. The spoke intersections function as load-transfer nodes, positioned through finite element analysis to place material where structural demand is highest. The visual complexity is a direct consequence of this structural logic — the wheel could not look different without becoming weaker.
BLV-X is forged from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum under 12,000 tons of press force, then machined across multiple CNC axes to reveal the lattice geometry from the solid forged blank. The three-dimensional undercuts, staggered spoke depths, and rear lightening pockets are geometrically impossible to achieve through casting or flow-forming — the design exists exclusively as a forged-and-machined object.
Every set is engineered to a specific vehicle: hub bore, bolt pattern, offset, and brake caliper envelope are individually defined, producing maximum concavity within the clearance constraints of each platform.
