OMNI-U is a new financial sub-brand, based on the foundation of a traditional financial brand which Shin Kong Bank in Taiwan. This new brand providing truly omni-channel experiences, we aim to help our customers improve their financial health.
Shin Kong Bank("Shin Kong" refers to "New Light" in Chinese) Introduces "Light Evolution" which represents our value proposition of light is everywhere. Our goal is to reshape our existing brand which exists for over 60 years, bringing the concept of "Light Up Your Life" through an omni-channel experience across digital websites, visual identity system, branches, etc. We believe our customers' wealth will grow like plants through photosynthesis.
Our digital banking app is providing customer a more convenient and efficient way to control their asset. In the same time, we launched Digital Experience Branch, with the help of AI to educate customers to pursue further with banking services.
