Hyliion has reimagined a 200-year-old concept, the Stirling engine, into a modern, fuel-agnostic linear heat generator. The KARNO Power ModuleTM offers a new way to generate energy that goes beyond the limits of traditional manufacturing by leveraging advanced additive manufacturing to create complex geometries that were previously not possible.

At the center of this experience is KARNO's high-resolution HMI display, which is built for the demands of the field. Operators can navigate across multiple screens with ease, moving fluidly among system status, fuel configuration, performance diagnostics, output monitoring, and maintenance alerts. While traditional generators offer minimal instrumentation and cryptic fault codes, KARNO presents clear, actionable information in a logical interface that reduces training time and eliminates guesswork. The HMI puts full situational awareness directly in the hands of the operator, on-site and in real time.

That same intelligence extends beyond the unit itself. Through KARNO Cloud, operators and fleet managers gain remote access to every module in their network to monitor performance, track efficiency, receive alerts, and adjust parameters without being physically present. This connectivity transforms power generation from being manually managed into a data-driven operation that can be accessed from anywhere. For organizations running multiple units across distributed sites, KARNO Cloud turns a complex fleet into a unified system.

The KARNO hardware reinforces this philosophy too. With a single moving part per shaft and no oil or lubricants required, the mechanical complexity that has historically driven generator downtime is engineered away; meaning performance is optimized. Quiet operation at approximately 67 dB means KARNO can be deployed inside facilities and be closer to operators, making the on-unit interface a practical everyday tool rather than an emergency-only option.

KARNO doesn't just generate power differently — it changes the entire relationship between the equipment and the people who depend on it.
