This 8-Layer 100% Cotton Muslin Blanket is an upgraded alternative to traditional four- and six-layer gauze blankets, addressing their pain points of thinness, poor warmth retention, yarn snagging, shrinkage, and layer slippage after washing. Its 8-layer structure is formed in a single weaving process using a large jacquard loom, rather than through conventional lamination or stitching. This effectively reduces the risk of layer slippage and deformation, maintains breathability, and enhances loft, structural stability, and durability.
The surface layer adopts a classic diamond pattern, forming a naturally crinkled texture that enhances visual appeal while also improving snag resistance. The inner six layers build a lofty air-trapping layer that balances warmth retention, moisture absorption, and breathability. The overall fabric weight is increased to 460 gsm, resulting in a softer, thicker, and more enveloping feel.
Traditional gauze blankets are suitable for summer use, while this blanket is suitable for all-season use. The edges adopt 5 cm-wide binding with mitered corners to improve structural strength, reduce edge wear and deformation, and enhance visual quality.
The natural crinkled texture is formed by a classic diamond pattern, reducing the use of chemical finishing treatments.
