Artis Chair

The Artis is a play on sculptural forms with rounded shapes meeting in perfect harmony to deliver a comforting seating environment with a swivel base for added functionality. Mohair upholstery completes the luxe presentation. The mohair selection is due to its strength and durability. The designer feels it important to design for longevity.



A pouf with a backside upholstered in supple leather is the ideal accessory and includes a strap for ease in moving it around. The pouf/ottoman can be used as a secondary seat or a place to rest your legs. The chair and pouf are at home in multiple environments, from office and hospitality to residential, as the seat is comfortable, yet holds its shape, which is important in hospitality or commercial.



The pitch is designed to be comfortable while also supporting one’s back should they decide to work a bit from the chair. The dimensions (31” wide x 29” deep x 30” high) were carefully studied so that the chair would appear substantial and hold its own as an accent chair, but not take up as much room as most chairs of this type.
