Genuwind Custom's Reed Reel is defining the next generation of reed cases. Reed Reel is a revolutionary reed case designed to store reeds for saxophone, clarinet, oboe, and or bassoon. This case solves many problems associated with playing woodwind instruments such as warping reeds, bacterial and fungi growth, inconsistent drying conditions, and more. Reed Reel is a feature-rich case that solves these problems with solutions never seen before in a reed case including an integrated water reservoir, stack ventilation, airflow modularity, reed holder modularity, and more.

Reed Reel is the first case ever designed with multi-instrumentalists in mind, who often need to carry around multiple reed cases to accommodate the different types of reeds they need to carry. Reed Reel solves this with eight magnetic slots that hold interchangeable reed holders, so musicians can can choose how much of their case is dedicated to certain types of reeds. This allows users, like a musician who plays both oboe and saxophone, to only have to carry around a single high-quality case.

The case, along with the reed holders, are also all optimized with stack ventilation. Air flows in from the bottom vents and then up and inside the reeds just as much as the outside, which ultimately reduces warpage, bacteria/fungi, and keeps the reeds from weakening thanks to consistent drying conditions. If users prefer their reeds to be humidified, they can always choose to plug the air ducts with the included plugs and throw a humidity pack in the built-in humidity chamber.

The case also includes features such as a built in water reservoir, which allows users to soak their reeds without having to carry around a separate water cup, and a reed ranking system which lets users rank their best performing reeds without having to memorize where they last were.
