ModuLoom - Modular human‑pet co‑living furniture

ModuLoom is a modular co-living furniture designed for urban pet owners living in small apartments.

Traditional pet products often visually clash with home decor, creating clutter in modern living spaces. To address this pain point, ModuLoom adopts a six-piece snap-fit modular panel frame. It can serve not only as a side table, stool or nightstand for humans, but also offers cats a private, cozy resting nook.

Each outer panel can be detached and replaced individually. If a single panel gets worn or damaged, users only need to replace the faulty component instead of discarding the whole product, greatly cutting resource waste and embodying the philosophy of sustainable design. Perforated side panels can be fitted with accessories such as cat toys and storage boxes. Side panels integrated with scratch pads allow replacement of the scratch fabric. Other side panels can be equipped with lint removers, ventilation fans and other functional parts. Side panels can be freely combined, and multiple frames can be assembled into varied furniture pieces to support DIY for diverse living scenarios.
