Quiet Blossoms helps autistic girls prepare for their first periods through familiar objects, gentle companionship and shared practice. A tactile rehearsal kit and caregiver app turn everyday care—changing a pad, finding comfort or asking for help—into small, repeatable actions. Soft animal companions, expressive light cues and illustrated guidance make abstract instructions tangible, while caregivers can adapt each practice to the child’s preferences, offer support and remember what helped. The child can pause, repeat or choose another way to participate. By bringing physical rehearsal and personalised guidance together, Quiet Blossoms creates space to learn before an unfamiliar moment arrives. Reusable practice objects support learning over time, while an approach grounded in dignity and individual choice makes menstrual education more inclusive.
