Designed for professional nail salons, this AI-powered nail curing lamp transforms the gel polymerization process through advanced AI vision and zoned lighting control. It addresses long‑standing pain points of wasteful fill-area UV illumination, unintended UV exposure, uneven curling results, and heavy reliance on technicians’ expertise.
Equipped with a camera and a UV LED ring array, the device instantly identifies and targets nail plates in real time. Based on detection data, it independently drives UV light sources, delivering curing energy only to nail plates. This minimizes unnecessary UV radiation on hands while optimizing illumination accuracy and curing uniformity. A large black touchscreen sits atop the device, paired with intuitive icons and multiple preset programs (Base Coat, Top Coat etc.). Together, these features streamline the experience—instant recognition upon placement, followed by fully automated, precise curing.
Aesthetically, the device features a simple, rounded integrated shape. The soft pink outer shell matches its high‑reflective aluminized interior, balancing the technical rigor of professional equipment with the delicate aesthetic of beauty devices. Safety and compliance are guaranteed by a robust suite of built-in safeguards, including thermal overload protection, auto-shutoff upon when hand is removed, UV‑leakage protection, and surge protection. To enhance accessibility, audible cues, adaptive brightness, and support for 29 languages lower the barrier to use. By uniting AI recognition, targeted light control, and user-centric operation, the device delivers a comprehensive solution that boosts safety, stability, and operational efficiency for modern nail salons.
